Buyerless sites now preserve inbound callers

Known Titan properties can launch with tracked calls before a buyer campaign is attached, without sending callers into a dead end.

  • Changed no-campaign handling for recognised site numbers from an unavailable message to voicemail capture.
  • Kept unknown-number calls isolated so they cannot be misrouted to an unrelated buyer or mailbox.
  • Made the call preflight explicitly report voicemail as the expected no-buyer behavior.
  • Made toll-free inventory the default when operators assign a new O&O tracking number.
  • Registered finance as a supported lead-ingestion vertical so buyerless wealth-advisor inquiries remain captured and ready for future routing.

Exchange readiness and an auditable operating core

Titan's lead and call marketplace moved from dashboard concepts to persisted, production-tested routing with explicit financial and operational controls.

  • Shipped the persisted ping-post exchange with concurrent buyer pings, signed claims, reservations, margin floors, fallback routing, full-lead delivery, and buyer acknowledgement before sale.
  • Made lead identity, caps, credits, settlements, returns, and financial transactions atomic and replay-safe behind transaction-pooled PostgreSQL connections.
  • Replaced O&O fire-and-forget forwarding with durable outboxes, retries, dead-letter handling, replay tooling, and reconciliation across all seven properties.
  • Provisioned one distinct, source-scoped Titan key per O&O property and made key proof a mandatory migration and launch gate.
  • Completed live routing tests for four authorized Arroyo call flows and added truthful unavailable handling for verticals without an approved call buyer.
  • Added production integrity checks, buyer simulators, guarded live-call tests, and load evidence covering 5,000 successful requests.
  • Published this release history and adopted a same-change release-note policy for future production work.

Real administration, verified staff access, and the first buyer

The production admin became a real operating console backed by live data and a verified Titan staff login flow.

  • Restricted admin authentication to verified titanleadgroup.com email addresses using one-time codes and hardened email delivery.
  • Replaced placeholder dashboard figures with live lead, buyer, campaign, call, and financial analytics.
  • Added Arroyo Media as Titan's first real buyer and clearly separated estimated tracking prices from contracted revenue.
  • Split large dashboard bundles, removed production dependency advisories, and cleared the remaining development advisories.
  • Added migrations for admin onboarding and for correcting unsupported public portfolio claims.

  • Fixed inbound Telnyx direction handling so real calls are answered and attributed correctly.
  • Added source-specific toll-free tracking, sub-vertical call routing, and explicitly labeled estimated call values.
  • Made forwarding every site lead to Titan non-negotiable while retaining the Paradise Modern secondary mirror.

Shared AI services and evidence-backed product claims

  • Adopted a policy against unverified performance, scale, compliance, and relationship claims.
  • Required shared services to be provisioned through Paradise Modern instead of directly against provider APIs.
  • Recorded Pest Control People's production migration and service allocation.
